Now that you no longer have all the time in the world to get routine housework done, it's important to remember that there are reasons to still do those chores! I was spending some time playing with the pup today while the hubby was watching a game on the 'tube' and I noticed that the racquetball that he was retrieving was collecting more and more dog hair from the floor on each return. Although this is a creative way to do a little fur removal from the carpet, it's certainly not the most effective. This reminds me that even though my priorities have recently shifted, vacuuming a house with a long haired dog and two cats should be in the single digits for sure!
